Enrolments are managed through a secure third-party system called Class Manager, which stores student and parent information on our behalf. Class Manager acts as a data processor and processes your information in accordance with our instructions and data protection laws.

We may also take photographs or videos of classes or performances for publicity purposes. This will always be subject to prior consent, and parents/guardians will be informed in advance.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by these providers in line with their own privacy policies. Speak Up Drama Workshops does not store full payment card details.

Employment Applicants

If you apply to work with us, we may collect:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Information provided in your CV
  • Training qualifications and DBS certificate details
  • Proof of identity and address
  • References (with your responsibility to inform referees)

This information will only be used for recruitment and safeguarding purposes.

General Enquiries

If you contact us, we will collect the details necessary to respond to your query.
