Claremont high academy trust was lucky enough to have Speak Up drama workshop in. This was with our drama students for yrs 10 and 6th form. The workshop was well delivered and received. Our students all commented on how good it was and that they would like the workshop to return as they felt they learnt new skills and learnt new things about themselves. As for myself and the drama teachers we do intend to invite Speak Up back. It's was great watching how she connected with these young people

Teri is one of the National Theatre’s drama workshop facilitators who regularly runs workshops for the Learning department at schools and at the National Theatre on behalf of the Learning Department. Teri is a committed facilitator with a brilliant energy that engages young students. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Speak Up drama classes were a fantastic addition to our Summer Play Scheme for children aged 5-11. Teri’s  passion and enthusiasm captured the interest of the most reluctant of children to fully engage in quality and captivating lessons which offered the opportunity for the development of interpersonal skills as well as the technical aspects of the art form.

We’re incredibly grateful to Teri for the brilliant work she has done to develop and deliver a fantastic 2-day course in mindful listening and speaking for Mind in Harrow. Teri’s skill in getting participants moving, interacting and reflecting about the way they communicate added an energy and dynamism to the program that kept everyone on their toes! The feedback we’ve received from participants has been overwhelmingly positive. This was a truly unique training opportunity, and we’re looking forward to working with Teri much more in the future.  

I had the pleasure of working with Speak Up drama organisation as she led rehearsals during our Year 6 production. Her energy and experience was inspiring for teachers and students alike. Teri's specialist knowledge ensured rehearsals were well structured and run with high expectations leading to amazing outcomes! I have seen Teri Ann Bobb Baxter in action and Speak Up deals effectively with communication barriers, it is an exceptional programme.

Teri has really made the effort to understand and support Seema, who can sometimes struggle in groups and accepting things might be different from how she has decided they ought to be… It felt like a rare moment of triumph. we were thrilled to see she managed it learn her lines and perform to best of her ability and enjoyed doing it.

Having worked with Teri on a 'Mindful Speaking & Mindful Listening’ workshop, undoubtedly, she provides a unique dimension to this program. Her delivery and style is remarkable in encouraging many people to move out of their comfort zones
